Bi Ling is professionally trained in counselling, and has over ten years of working experience in the social services, both as a programme coordinator and a counsellor. Bi Ling has had experience working with clients on various issues, such as mental health, life transitions, academic/work stress, relationships, sexuality, and personal development. She also has experience working with clients of different gender identities and sexual orientations.
The core of their professional and personal values is respect and value for all human beings. In their counselling practice, she adopts a variety of approaches and techniques to best fit their clients’ needs. She is also a certified Choice Theory and Reality Therapy practitioner.

Christina has over nine years of experience as a professional counsellor, and has worked with clients of various ages, from early childhood to adulthood, presenting with various issues; relationships, academic/work stress, life transitions, grief, sexuality, personal development, and mental health conditions. She is an LGBTQ+ affirming counsellor.
The core values central to her practice are Authenticity, Respect, Acceptance and Empathy. She holds her clients with high regard and values the space and journey she shares with them.
In her counselling practice, she employs a variety of therapeutic approaches to best fit her clients’ needs. These include, and are not limited to, Choice Theory and Reality Therapy, Mindfulness, Narrative Therapy, Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, which are integrated purposefully and built upon the Humanistic-Existential philosophy.
Her earlier counselling work experiences were at a non-profit counselling centre and at a tertiary education institute. Currently, she also supervises counselling practicum students from the Singapore University of Social Sciences.
